by following these steps:
Steps
1, Open your pdf file in adobe reader.
2, Goto View and click Read out Loud.
3, Click on Activate Read out loud, then choose whether you want it to read to the end of the document or only the current page.
4, Bingo!! the reading has commenced.
NOTE: This works with adobe Reader 7.0 and later.
